About Our School
We walk into every day of Jiu Jitsu classes at Flowhouse ready to change lives. Our team brings in a positive attitude to uplift students on and off the mat. It’s not just about teaching different techniques and moves—our training follows our culture! The Flowhouse culture is centered around fostering a learning environment where students have fun and see their growth. Our team truly cares about our students and are passionate about helping them understand how Jiu Jitsu helps them in real life physically and mentally. Everything we’ve done since our 2014 opening is in support of the Dania Beach community!
Our History
For more than a decade, Flowhouse Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has remained a home for everyone to kickstart a journey in the world of martial arts. We opened in 2014 and haven’t looked back since. After nine years under our original management, Franklin Xaiver took over in 2023. He brought in 20+ years of Jiu Jitsu experience and a strong passion for changing lives through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Through his first few years teaching Jiu Jitsu in Dania Beach, he has brought together families and people from all walks of life together for a special experience. Flowhouse Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has always created a place where people become their best selves and kids build a strong foundation as athletes and individuals.
