We increase the amount of difficult training in our Advanced Jiu Jitsu classes. You’ll be able to receive firsthand experience sparring safely with your classmates.
The further you go along in your Jiu Jitsu adventure, the more advanced techniques are available to your skill set. Students are taught high level skills to improve their self-defense and/or competitive skills.
